Data Sharing Opt-Out

Last updated: June 2026

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar US state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data. Beast Putty does not sell personal information. However, we do share certain data (such as browsing behavior) with advertising and analytics partners, which may qualify as “sharing” under CCPA.

You can exercise your opt-out right using either of the methods below. Both are honored — choose whichever is easiest for you.

Option 1 — Email a Request

Send an email to hello@beastputty.com with the subject line Data Opt-Out Request. Include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account (if any)
  • A brief description of the data sharing you wish to opt out of

We will respond within 15 business days and confirm your opt-out has been processed.

Option 2 — Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser signal that automatically notifies websites of your opt-out preference — no form submission required. When our site detects a GPC signal, we honor it and stop sharing your data with advertising partners.

To enable GPC in your browser:

Firefox

  1. Install Privacy Badger by EFF, which sends GPC signals automatically.
  2. Or install the dedicated GPC extension from the Firefox Add-ons store.

Chrome / Edge

  1. Install Privacy Badger from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Or search for “Global Privacy Control” in the Chrome Web Store for dedicated GPC extensions.

Brave Browser

  1. Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Privacy.
  2. Enable “Send a ‘Do Not Sell My Personal Information’ signal to websites”.

Safari (iOS / macOS)

Apple does not currently support GPC natively. Use the email opt-out method (Option 1) on Safari.

Other Privacy Rights
