To exercise any of these rights, email hello@beastputty.com with “GDPR Request” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK, or your national DPA in the EU).

International transfers. We are based in the United States. If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, your data is transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on Shopify’s Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border data transfers. See Shopify’s privacy practices.

Your Rights — Other US Residents

Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and other states with privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, or delete their personal data. Contact us at hello@beastputty.com to make a request.

Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Order records are retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.

Children’s Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
